  • Via “Stars24,” our 24 hour audio response unit, by calling (713)460-1661 or (800)998-0978, option 8.
  • By calling our telephone call center at (713)460-1661 or (800)998-0978.  There may be a fee associated with this service.  Please refer to the fee schedule for more details.
  • In person with a live teller at one of our four branch locations.
  • In person at a Credit Union Service Center or shared branch location.

How do I transfer funds between primary member accounts?
You can transfer funds between member accounts by calling the credit union at (713)460-1661 or (800)998-0978.
In certain circumstances, your account can be set up with the ability to transfer to another member account.  Ask to speak with an Accounting Department representative for more details.

When are transfers credited to my account?

Since the credit union operates in a “real time” environment, transfers initiated directly with the credit union, such as in person, over the phone, or via CU Online or Stars24 are posted immediately.
Other transfers, such as by automated clearinghouse (ACH), or wire transfer, are posted as soon as possible after receipt during business hours.  Transfers received after normal business hours are posted on the next business day.

How do I create and change automatic transfers?

You can create and maintain automatic transfers in CU Online.  After logging onto CU Online, click on the “Auto Transfers” button in the “Transactions” menu.  From here, you can manage your existing transfers, or create a new transfer.  Transfers can be scheduled to recur on a variety of frequencies:

·         Quarterly (four times per year)
