if I forgot my password?
To reset your password
for online account access, visit the
CUOnline main page, and click on the
Forget your password? link. Enter the requested information on
the primary member, and then click Continue. A second page
will load requesting additional personal information. Enter the
information requested, and then click Continue. A message will
load with further instructions, and an email will be sent to your
email address with a temporary authorization code. Click Continue.
Enter the authorization code on the next screen, and then click
Continue. The system will generate a six-character temporary
password. Click the
Log In to CU
Online
link, and log in using your member number and the temporary password.
The system will prompt you to select a permanent password. The new
password must have at least six characters, including at least one
letter and one number.
If you experience any
difficulties in resetting your password, please call the credit union
during normal business hours to speak with a representative.

You can reorder checks
online, or by fax. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery
by First Class U.S. Mail.

Starting with the next
sequential check number.
