CU Online passwords
TexasOne
Community Credit Union takes the privacy of your personal information
very seriously. It is with that in mind that we select the level of
complexity of your CU Online passwords. The complexity of your
password offers another level of protection against unauthorized
access. You should always protect your password, and only share it
with other signers on your account. You should never allow your
computer to “remember” your CU Online password, as other users may
then obtain access to your account.
When selecting your CU Online password, keep in mind the following
requirements:

It must consist of
at least six characters,

It must contain at
least one letter, and
-
It must contain at
least one number.

Requirements
To use CU Online, you must be using Internet Explorer 4.0 (or higher)
or Netscape Navigator 4.0 (or higher) as your browser, and it must
support 128-bit encryption.
Security
Features
CU Online employs industry leading security features to ensure that
all of your transactions are conducted with the highest possible
privacy and protection. All data is encrypted using 128-bit
encryption, the strongest form available, and transferred via the
Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol between you and TexasOne Community
Credit Union.
Profile information
Via CU
Online, you can update much of your personal information securely over
the internet. By clicking on the “Profile” tab in CU Online, you can:

Update your email
address, mailing address, and telephone numbers

Set up aliases or
nicknames for your TexasOne Community Credit Union accounts

Change your CU
Online password

Change your
challenge question for password resets

Change your
STARS-24 Audio Response Unit personal identification number

Change your
graphics options (for slower connections).
