What do I do if my ATM or Debit Card is lost or stolen?
If your ATM card is lost or stolen, you should report it to the credit union as soon as possible.  You can either:

Call the credit union during normal business hours at (713) 460-1661 or (800) 998-0978, or

Click here to send an email.  Please be sure to list your name, member number, and daytime phone number in your message.
If your Debit Card is lost or stolen, you should report it to the credit union’s Card Services Department at (800)442-4757 -- 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

How do I request a replacement ATM or Debit Card?
 If your ATM or VISA Debit Card has worn out, you can request a new card by following the following easy steps:

  1. Download and print the ATM/VISA Debit Card Application

  2. Complete the form.  Make sure to list the reason for the replacement card.

  3. Fax the completed form to (713)460-1659

 Note:  There is a $5.00 replacement card fee.

Can I change the PIN on my ATM or VISA Debit Card?
Yes, you can change the Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your ATM or VISA Debit Card by visiting any of our four full-service branches.  Click here for locations.

 You can speak to a live person 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by calling our Card Services hotline at (800)442-4757.  Our skilled operators can answer most questions or help you to dispute an invalid charge.
