• The directors, Management and staff of TexasOne Community Credit Union respect the private nature of our member's nonpublic, private personal information.
  TexasOne Community Credit Union shall protect the confidentiality, security, and integrity of each member’s nonpublic personal information in accordance with existing state and federal laws.
  The credit union will maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal standards to guard members’ nonpublic personal information.
  The credit union will not gather, collect, or maintain any information about its members that is not necessary in order to offer its products and services, to complete member transactions or for other relevant business purposes.
  The credit union does not, and will not, sell or provide any member information to third parties including list services, telemarketing firms, or outside companies for independent use. 
  Information That We May Disclose:
  We do not share or disclose any personal or nonpublic information about you or our former members to anyone, except as required by law and as necessary for business purposes.
  Information That We Must Disclose:
  The following events require us to share information about you:

• If a request for information is made by a government agency authorized to make examinations or audits of credit unions.

• If a member makes a written request for us to disclose information to a third party, or otherwise consents to the disclosure.

• If a request is made by the Texas Finance Commission in the course of performing its regulatory duties.

• If the information is made in response to a subpoena or court order.
  Disclosures That Are Permitted By Law:
  We may disclose some or all of the information that we collect to service providers and companies that perform marketing services on our behalf (for example, check printing companies).  We may also disclose nonpublic personal information about you to non-affiliated third parties as permitted by law.
